Work experience

Almost 40 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT development, management, and lead. I've had led the development of local municipality and governmental IT systems, Baltic Stock Exchanges, various private and public information systems, and registries in domains of citizenship and migration, education and health. Not only in Estonia but in various of developing countries in Africa, South-, Southeast- and Central Asia, Balkans, Latin America and Caribbean regions as well.

Master's degree in informatics from the University of Tartu (cum laude in applied mathematics).

I'm focusing on implementation of cross-border, cross-sectoral, national and organisational secure data exchange solutions.

I act also as an independent cybersecurity expert, assessor, and auditor in teams involved in various projects and initiatives.

Consultancy support and conduct studies on technical, as well as strategic issues, regarding information systems and IT processes.

Recommendations on improving the structure and efficiency of an organisation's IT systems. Business continuity management processes, business continuity and disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies.
